Just kinda simple, didn't try anything complicated here. I'm thinking it might be a little plain.

Yeah the background is really boring but I guess it fits a Browns theme since their colors are pretty nasty. Also pop some text in.

Yah, add some lighting, and definetly add some contrast. Also maybe apply a lsight dorp shadow on the plaayerso he sticks out ( He needs to be made the center of antention.

Forget the drop shadow. It's unnecessary.
