effective when?

I hate Notre Dame so much, it actually gives me pleasure that Nebraska is the one to get the ball rolling.

That gives Colorado no place to go but to the Pac-10. In terms of rivalries, Colorado/Nebraska is akin to Oregon/Washington.

That is a huge move for the PAC 10. I think that opens the door for a lot of movement.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Colorado -- sounds like Baylor might be needed to get the Texas schools on board and it's possible CU is the wallflower in all this.

With this information, and with Oklahoma's head coach talking about liking the idea of joining the Pac-10, this thing might actually get off the ground.

Unfortunatly Cal Berkeley has a bunch of stiffs that dont want baylor to join, cause they have religious roots (baptist)

But didnt they give Larry Scott the go-ahead to do whatever he wants?

Yep. Cal will need to deal with it. I'd rather have CU than Baylor too, but I'd rather have Texas than CU, and that's how you get Texas

that seems so bizarre to me. I can't imagine UofO or OSU saying "we won't go unless you bring PSU with us!"
