He's making a million. One year deal. He fits the system. He can stand in front. Not a bad piece to plug in while Kreider is out. Plus, if they can make the playoffs, he's a heck of a lot better role player than Carey.

Also, if I was the Rangers, I would be hounding the Jackets to make a deal. Torts is ruining so many of the offensive forwards over there like he always does. I would be going full throttle to steal Jenner from them who Torts is destroying.
