Broussard: Celtics offer Pierce to Blazers

The Celtics have offered Paul Pierce to the Blazers, according to a report from ESPN. It is unclear who Boston sought in return.

The Blazers are not interested due to the $32 million remaining on Pierce's contract over the next two seasons.

Yeah... Pierce would have been great a few years ago.... but not now. Maybe if they want to tag Rondo onto that deal though.
