Long term Firefox user and am on v18. Recently (last couple of weeks), I've had those annoying links pop up in the middle of posts - a word is underlined and if you happen to move over it a popup shows up.

My only add-ons are AdBlock Plus and Java Console 6.0.33 & 6.0.37

Not sure what is causing. I thought I saw this a while back but can't find it.

Can anyone provide some insight?

It may have helped. I'll have to test a bit but I just did some browsing and didn't notice it but it wasn't consistent.

For the record, we don't have ads between posts or rollover text link ads on S2. The only ads we have are adsense banners top and bottom of pages.

If you're seeing something else, it's likely a virus on your computer.

I knew it wasn't S2, it was something else.

I disabled a couple of browser add-ons (actually, I removed them) and then also removed a program I had installed a few weeks ago and the problem has gone away. I don't recall the add-ons I removed or the program but one of them was the culprit.
