I think Buck is a good hire, if it happens, but I think someone with great footwork in the low block would be ideal. Sadly, Duckworth would have been perfect.

Did anyone else here the 95.5 guys discussing hiring Scottie Pippen to join as an assistant coach to work with Nic? I thought that was a great idea. Talk about a guy with a high basketball IQ. I'd love to see Nic develop into that kind of player.

Funny thing is, LeBron is BIGGER then Buck Williams!
I am going to make a guess that Larsa is his wife?
All I am saying is that if Pip has recently got a "Bulls Ambassador" title - I find it very unlikely that he will take a Portland Assistant Coach position - and just as much, I find it very hard to believe Nate who is on an expiring contract - would take someone like Pip - who he never played with and it does not seem he is friends with - as his assistant.
Maybe we can do a heart transplant from Buck to LMA? A soft hearted big man coach would be fine if LMA suddenly became a BEAST defender/rebounder. I do think Buck couldn't hurt. Not sure how much he will help. I'm also not sure how many big man coaches there are who are A) better and B) willing to come to Portland.
Hey! It's the off season... stop raining on my parade with logic and facts!!!! It's rude.

Note to self:
1. No logic in off-season
2. Logic and facts == rude
Questions for instructor, next class:
A. Are Logic and facts == rude during regular season, or just during off-season.

Answer: Logic and facts are not rude during the regular season or off season unless they refute my assertion. Basically it only applies to my posts, thoughts and, whims. It's very simple, it's all about me all the time.
Ah, I see you went to the same Women school my wife went to...
I was wondering the other day if Dante Cunningham is the same size and weight as Buck Williams. Is he?
I remember hearing that Buck was just not coaching material because (surprisingly) he was too lazy for it.
