I watched the video of the shooting, and the quality made it extremely difficult to really see what was happening. From what I did see, the shooting seemed somewhat questionable. With that said, I'm a firm believer that if you play stupid games, you'll win stupid prizes.

This. These douche nozzles don't represent the Right of this country. Otherwise, they would have had FAR more support than a few country bumpkins here and there. These people were just nutcase criminals trying to hide behind the "Big Government is out to get me!" arguments. And 95% of America on both sides saw right through that.

What did you see that was questionable?

He never drew his gun. He wasn't an immediate threat. There were 10-15 guys with guns drawn and ready to fire. He had his hands near his pockets, but he never actually drew his weapon. There was ample time to put him down if he did draw his gun. And it wasn't an immediate shooting either. He walked around in the snow for, what, 10 seconds before they finally shot him? They could have easily tased him.
