Yeah, that's very sad.My daughter works at an Oncology clinic and deals with similar patients on a daily basis. The good part is he has lived a long successful life.

That's me for the most part. I lose 100 bucks a year maybe. When I lose that 20 or 40 bucks I think of how hard I worked for it and what I coulda bought with it.

From a sports perspective Ive always enjoyed the rivalries with Seattle. As a city, I think seattle is a pretty place and quite a nice place to visit for a weekend here and there.

Anyways cancer sucks.

As a geezer I’m still missing Art Fleming (the original Jeopardy host) but Trebek is an excellent replacement. For what it’s worth, the owner of my favorite watering hole on the coast has been fighting pancreatic cancer for a couple of years now and has been wrestling it to the mat so far. I just saw him a few weeks back and he’s in remission and looking good. So hope does spring eternal. I’m betting on Alex..........
