Burn Notice Season 2 starts next week. I enjoyed Season 1 and am looking forward to Season 2. Hopefully the writing will be as good.

Any other Burn Notice fans?

I can't wait. Did you catch the marathon yesterday on USA?

I watched the last three episodes of Season 1 to refresh my memory. I really liked how the writers gave themselves a ton of room for story arcs with the ending of Season 1.

Absolutely. I hear that a new female character is going to tear things up for season two - the Cylon girl from Battlestar Galactica. That should be interesting.

Yeah, I enjoy that show. It's still my BBF avatar!

I think Jeffrey Donovan is probably too good an actor to be on TV for his whole career.

He was in the American version of "Touching Evil" before this show and he was brilliant in that.

^ Remember his one-shot on Spin City as a shrink?

I wasn't too interested in the show when it was first premiered, but I stumbled upon episodes of season one, a few days ago, and decided to check it out. Just finished watching the final episode. Burn Notice didn't suck me in like "24" and "The Shield" did, but it's still a really good show. I'll definitely be checking out season two. Starts tomorrow, right?

Anyone remember Donovan from Hitch when he played "Vance Munson"?

Yeah, I remember that he was in the movie, but I forget how he got paid back.

Anyone watch tonight?

I'm going to watch the re-air that starts at 1 AM Eastern in a few minutes

This show is lighthearted and fun. It's not the same kind of experience as either 24 or The Shield.

I don't mind watching some shows that are just entertaining if they are done well. Burn Notice is very clever.

I enjoyed tonight's episode. Not as much as the ones that ended Season 1, but they had to cover a lot of ground to set up Season 2.

Yep, I am fan of Burn Notice also....

Disappointed a little bit in last nights episode...thought the exploding boat was too "easy". As in, it seemed too easy to fool the mercenaries.

Next weeks episode looks good better though.

I liked the episode last night. It was a bit strange to see him using some heavy munitions rather than jury-rigging a solution, but it worked well enough.

It has only been a half hour so far, but I am definitely enjoying this episode a lot more than last week's episode

It was a good episode, though some of it felt a bit rushed.

Yeah, the subplots sometimes feel a little tacked on.

Still, this was a pretty entertaining episode.

I liked last week's episode, but was rather disappointed in the ending of this week's episode

I'm starting to get bored with this show. It seems like it's heading no where this season. The main storyline seems to have drifted away.

The entire premise of the show is that he can never leave Miami, so it is going to have to take him quite a while before he can get far with Carla

I've never seen Burn Notice. I'm a big fan of Monk though. Maybe I'll check it out one day.

I've enjoyed the setup so far this season. It makes you feel like Michael is getting close to something, yet you just know no matter how close he gets, he is still going to be a long way away from the truth.

I really liked last Thursday's episode. Tim Matheson's character was menacing enough to scare the normally unflappable Michael. I like the other brand-name guest stars as well. Lots of funny stuff going on for those that pay close attention, too.

Yeah, Otter did a hell of a job and he is still alive, so they can bring him back at any time.

I love the running jokes about yogurt.

Fi needs to get punched in the face. She's so damn annoying.
