your first part doesnt even make sense. I'm not the only person that has said these things - so that, in fact, means you just called anyone else who has said these things a liar as well.

I'm sorry, man. Nurk is gonna be great here. But right now, he has stuff to work on. I've seen people defend players, but never so blindly. lol.

I love Nurk. But it'd be naive to think he doesn't have a lot of work to do still to become elite, to which I think he will get to.

That's not exactly what he said... Keep in mind the broken English. He's basically saying, they didn't force him to go to a team he didn't want to go. Whether or not he specifically wanted to go to Portland isn't clear. He might have just had a list of a dozen teams he could felt he would start for.

Equally unclear is the last part of that quote. "If I was doing all the bad things that people said, the Nuggets ... probably would have gotten a way better deal than they got." Huh? That has to be "worse" not "better", right? They'd of been selling low[er] if he was doing bad things.

Denver has been known to take care of there players. They released Nelson instead of trading him to a bad team for a 2nd round pick.

Considering the things coming out of Denver during the Shaw and Malone days. It's not hard to guess the Nuggets players Nurk is referring to. Well unless you live under a rock.

Yeah. This board has pretty much been talking about him as a max player and one of the best centers in the league since his first couple of games here. I personally don't think he's that good, a solid player yes but far way from being a $24M a year talent or a player that you build on (at this point) , as controversial as this sounds.

He's a very good talent and already good enough to start here but he's closer to the tier of Vucevic, Valanciunas or Adams than he is to the top tier like Gasol, Drummond, Whiteside, Cousins or Embiid.
