So I've had some time this week to game and I've been playing some older COD's and I can't believe how much better MW2 is than Ghosts. I mean, it's not even close. Literally everything about MW2 is superior to BO2 and Ghosts.

MW2 and MW3 are the last COD games that I enjoyed. I loved those games. I play the shit out of them. The BO games are horrible. I didn't even buy Ghosts. That franchise is dead.

MW3 is an even bigger abortion than Ghosts is IMO.

BO1 was the shit too... GREAT maps. Hell, Treyarch is just a better map designing crew.

Treyarch sucks. No. I completely disagree. I thought BO1 was garbage. I went right back to playing MW3.

IMO that's what makes or breaks the game. I can't play Ghosts. I tried but the fun factor isn't there like it was/is in COD4, BO1 and MW2.

I just hope they can upgrade the graphics (and that's it!) and bring these titles to next gen standards.

Infinity Ward (pre-breakup) was vastly superior to Treyarch.

COD4/MW2/MW3 were all much much better than Black Ops or Black Ops 2.

I can agree that COD4 and MW2 were top notch but WAW and BO1 were fine games. Plus Zombies is fun as hell with a group of people so Treyarch has that going for them.

After playing the beta to the yearly Battlefield release, i think people that still like Call of Duty will like it. Smaller maps and machine pistols with cops and robbers.

yeah you can do the exploration stuff alone. But might run into other people but dont have to talk to anyone or anything.

Doing a Strike requires 3 people (It puts you into matchmaking if you have less) but you can pretty much lone wolf it. But will probably get slaughtered alone on higher difficulties.

Then there is online competitive which is just basically Domination for the Alpha.

All in all I'm sold on this game as a day 1 buy for me though. I have been wanting a fun MMO to play with friends, but I really dont feel like $15/month games. Just let me buy it and play lol. Plus in my older age I find myself gravitating more towards co-op as opposed to competitive multiplayer. I'm getting soft haha

I havent had the time to play much xbox lately, but I think Ghosts is fun. Gut I think they are all fun, especially when they first come out. I'm not as picky as the hardcore gamers.
I've been using the Ripper gun the most lately.

I'm a COD connoisseur and I truly believe BO1 has the best maps in the series - and it's not close.

Though COD4 has my all-time favorite maps in:
