Can Kidd Pass 'The Stilt

Jason Kidd is a triple double waiting to happen every night. I have no doubt he will pass Wilt. Espeically with high-flying teammates like RJ and VC.

I dont know about that he is worthy of it because there are many pgs that u could say is equal or better than him. Gary payton is one and John stockton is another, U could argue that kidd is better because of his overall game and u could argue that payton is better because he played great defense along with offense, and of course stockton u could argue he is better than all because his numbers can clearly show that.

I think whats impressive is that wilt chamberlain a center had so many tripple doubles, more if they counted blocks back then.

Wilt probably had several quadruple doubles (points, rebounds, assists, and blocks).

I know he's the only player with a 20-20-20 game. Though Magic came close with a 17-17-17 game in the 80s.

It's pretty clear that Kidd is better than Payton. Compare their stats and accomplishments

Kidd is a better pg than Payton was, he plays great D as well. I'd say he's pretty even with Stockton.

Stockton was a better passer and slightly better scorer than Kidd, but Kidd makes up for it with his rebounding ability. Stockton's and Kidd's defenses are pretty evenly matched.
So when all is said and done, Kidd and Stockton are equal caliber players.
