We went through something like this in another thread.

Tests have long been used to hold the black man down. I don't see how what someone writes as test answers determines how good they'll be as commander at the scene of a fire.

Though I think SCOTUS got this one right, it was basically a unanimous decision, the disagreement was over the remedy.

its funny how i posted this last night cause i just got rejected for a job i really wanted. i wish i had a test to prove myself- the fuckin bigots didnt even say i interviewed bad they just said "their" board decided to go another way.
