On Presidents' Day, the Denver Nuggets made the fated move for which NBA enthusiasts have been waiting. The Anthony soap opera has wrapped, and the high-scoring forward has landed with the New York Knicks after a trade involving three teams. According to ESPN and The Sporting News, the price the Knicks had to pay to land Anthony via trade could be much more than Anthony's anticipated three-year, $65 million payroll extension.
