Carter Featured in Film Aimed at African-American Boys

When Vince Carter flew off to attend his college graduation in May 2001–in between Games 6 and 7 of the Raptors’ playoff series with the 76ers–it created a storm of controversy. Carter’s never regretted it and the African American studies major is now part of “Say It Loud!”, a film that emphasizes education to African American boys. The film is being screened Friday in Paramus.
