I'm tired of the NBA and their bullshit. I've felt this way for a few years now. You cannot win in the NBA without a superstar. The NFL is better. The MLB is better. Hell, I'm not really a hockey fan, but I would take the NHL over this garbage at this point.

Let's move the NBA and their rigged sport out of town and make a push for an NHL team. I have not followed hockey, but if we got a team I would start. Let's start making a push for the NFL. There was an article on ESPN about how the league was thinking about adding two teams if they put a team in LA. I would LOVE to have us be that other team. I don't care what the play is. Just do what needs to be done to get the team.

The NBA is no longer the sport that I grew up watching and loving. It's no better than wrestling at this point. Time to move on.

Check out? I'm saying get rid of the NBA altogether in Portland. Either that or just come out and publicly admit that a small market like Portland has no shot at ever winning.
 
OKC is about half as big as Portland and San Antone is somewhere in between. Peace out.

OKC is the hometown of David Stern.

San Antonio is in one of the largest states in the country, with huge population centers in Dallas and Houston. Portland is easily the biggest city in Oregon. Try again.

Call me crazy, but I'm 99.99999% certain that David Stern is a born and bred New Yorker ... not a lot of Jews in OKC I'm guessing.

I had heard his hometown was OKC. Maybe he was born there and grew up in NYC?

Oklahoma City is Stern's adopted home town. He sleeps over there as much as he can.

As long as OKC and Kevin Durant continue to pull in high TV ratings, then go ahead and buckle Stern up in a truck and chase some tornados because as far as he is concerned he is OKC through and through.

So what would be the perfect breakdown of posts? I no longer want to be a fly on the wall but a fly swatter!

So far I got this:
10% Meltdowns
10% Conspiracies theories
25% Wisecracks
10% Windups of posters that take themselves way too seriousy
45% Throw away comments (HCP's wife jokes, Greg Oden penis picture links, ect)
