Did anyone watch the draft preview on ESPN2? Chad Ford said that the scouts he talked to say Lillard's absolute best-case ceiling to go in this draft is #8 to the Raptors.

I think MN was the team I heard wanted to get out, and they did, so IIRC the other team looking to get out is OKC at #26
