DC's stories are trash. They are dark, but not as gory as they should be for being that dark.

Henry Cavill will no longer portray the man of steel on the silver screen. Ben Affleck has confirmed he will not return as Batman. D.C. is falling apart. Who will replace them?

Warner Brothers is considering Michael B Jordan to replace Cavill.

I'll do it!

Nobody wants a black Superman (black people or white people) even though he'd be more powerful if he was black.

We don't want your retreads.

I wasn't buying an old Batman or a redhead Louis Lane or a Metrosexual Alfred the Butler or an Asperger's Lex Luthor or a Viking looking Aquaman without the orange suit. Flash was weak AF too.

Superman was good as was Wonder Woman. Cyborg was ok I guess, a little weird, wanted more robotic.

I didn't care for Cavill as Superman and Affleck as Batman.

I grew up watching George Reeves as Superman in the tv series and later on with Christopher Reeve in the movies. I will always identify with Christopher Reeve as Superman. And they will undoubtedly milk the franchise with future Superman actors. Have at it. I have my childhood Superman.

After The Dark Knight trilogy, Man of Steel was the best. I never cared for Superman but Man of Steel humanized the character that has never been done before. I hope this isn't true. And, I actually thought Affleck was great as Bruce Wayne. Almost a continuation of Christian Bale's version. A more grizzled, jaded version of Batman. Batman v Superman gets a bad wrap. I hear Affleck's script for Batman is great. Too bad we'll never see it because Warner Bros. is FUCKING UP!

The least they could do is release the Snyder cut of Justice League. They really botched Snyder and the movie over.

I still remember George Reeves and bullets bouncing off his chest and that whooshing sound as soon as he took to the air.

I actually enjoyed Batman vs Superman.

hated Justice League.

Wasn't he in Fantasic Four?

Why not Idris Elba! :MARIS61:

Yeah, but it didn't work out. When they reintroduce the fantastic 4 he won't be part of the team.

Just reiterating what I hear. Warner Brothers wants him. Talking about going in a different direction with superman. Its on hold though cause they are doing a supergirl movie.

I liked Affleck as Bruce Wayne. I had no problem with Lois Lane. Amy Adams played her well. I thought Jeremy Irons was a great choice for Alfred. I wasn't too keen on Jessy Eisenberg's Lex Luthor. I thought Aquaman was bad assery. The flash wasn't what I expected but I liked him. Superman and Wonder Woman were good. JK simmons as Commisoner Gordon, perfect

There were two things that fucked it up for me. The fight with Steppenwolf was terribly anticlimactic and there was no green lantern

I thought Cavil was a hell of a superman and Clark Kent. I grew up watching George Reeves on Tvland and of Course the Reeve movies. They all have a place with me.

Man of Steel was kick ass. It humanized him and I thought that was well done. Batman vs Superman contrasted that, portraying him as a God. I thought Batman vs Superman was actually pretty good. I very disappointed with The Justice League. I also thought Affleck made a good bruce wayne. It will be weird that we never see his portrayal in a stand alone batman film. Sounds like Jake Gyllenhaal will be the next Batman/Bruce Wayne.

I wonder if Snyders cut of the Justice league us any better. They brought on Whedon because apparently Snyder did a shitty job. I don't know though. Haven't seen the cut. Now if there is another movie it will be new actors weird.

The villian in Justice League was fucking trash.

Steppenwolf was pretty bad. That’s the problem with DC. They’re villains aren’t as interesting as Marvel’s.

Yeah, Steppenwolf sucked. He was weak. They had Superman come in at the knicknof time and defeat him, it wasn't really a team effort. No green lantern dammit.

It sucks because now no sequel. I was hoping to see Darksied. He could be the equivalent of Thanos. Too bad.

Good, both of them sucked. And their stories sucked too.

Why is it DC has by far the better heroes but Marvel has by far the better movies?

And Cavill is going to be too busy being Geralt in the Netflix Witcher show.

Marvel had a great vision also. They really did a lot of character development over the last 10 years, creating a lot of back stories and depth with each super heros and their main movies. They all intersected multiple times and created a great story arc culminating in Infinity War. It was a very complex and dynamic achievement. DC has been stuck on the trilogy since their success with Dark Knight. Marvel has been playing the long game for a lot longer, DC is a step of five behind. Now with this latest news its another huge setback for their franchise. Now their only "A" hero left is Wonder Woman, who is pretty great, but their are left rebuilding the image of Superman and Batman. Flash is a great character and Aquaman promises to be good besides being a pretty laughable superhero in general. I like DC's direction of being a more adult dark version, but I agree with El Prez that they dont follow through with enough violence. They should break the mold and make them R rated, which would be bad ass.

Christopher Reeve will always be Superman to moviegoers and that will never change. He was the first movie superhero and one of the best.

You're BACK !!!!!

Good. I missed you and your references to pop literature. Should have known you'd be into comic books.

You're slipping. I expect a pop reference every time like this.

Is there a "programming session" (ala Clockwork Orange) where Blazer fans are expected to enthusiastically applaud every time a Neil Olshey press conference is shown on a huge HDTV screen?
