Cavs’ Owner Dismisses Lebron Rumors as “Insults”
<small>September 25, 2008, 8:05 pm</small> Cavs’ owner credits speculation that Lebron James will move to New York or Brooklyn in 2010 to boredom among sports writers, rather than tampering. But Dan Gilbert does say it’s all really “an insult” to the city of Cleveland. Gilbert said James has given him no indication that he plans to leave the Cavaliers after his contract expires in two years and thinks his team is championship caliber.
