Cc is getting as much flak, as he is getting Praise on social media.
For a good reason.

"why could he not get in shape and stay in shape when he was with the Yankees?"
CC's bulshit reply to that is- "when I lost weight with the Yankees one year I lost velocity on my fastball".

Bulshit if I ever heard it. Muscle and Technique, not excess weight, enables strength and velocity.

Guess the self-discipline to lay off the dozen Cheeseburgers, Pepsi's, Tacos and the Post Game 6 foot sub, was more than he could handle...

That old line from Airplane used by Lloyd Bridges on habits "I picked the wrong day to" _________________-. Looks like Biggie picked the wrong day o show fans his "in shape" mode. Biggie had his days the first couple of Yankee Years but after his extension things went south. I know my opinion doesn't count for much but if I were a HOF voter Biggie would not get mine.
