Chad Ford: Turkoglu, Calderon and Jack on the block.

The thing about Jack is that when he was in Portland he was a below-average three point shooter (at best). Last year he shot them at 41%.

I'm not a huge Jack fan, but that kind of three point shooting off the bench really gets my interest. It'd be interesting to see him compete with Bayless for the backup PG slot. Or you just make Bayless the official backup SG. Having Bayless and Jack coming off the bench would make a nice physical tandem.

He's far from my first choice, but I could live with him if the price is right.

Unfortunately, he's owed $15 mil over the next three years. That's a pretty steep price for a backup PG.

I'd do a straight-across swap for Webster. (We could call it the Chris Paul Trade, since the two combined are worth Chris Paul!) Don't know if they would. I wouldn't if I were in their shoes.

You obviously have forgotten how bad he was when he was here. I don't want Jack playing here ever again. Need a timely turnover? Jack's your guy. Need a guy to fuck up a fast break? Jack is your guy. Need a guy who can only dribble with one hand and looks straight down at the ground while dribbling? Jack is your guy.

Maybe he shot well away from Portland for a reason?

+1!

Jack's a pretty player. I think he's better than Blake. We could do a lot worse- as in Bayless at PG.

I don't really have an opinion which guy is prettier, but I do think Jack is slightly better than Blake.

Shit with Corn in it versus Shit with Nuts in it.

You may very well have a preference between the two but they are both shit all the same.

I wouldn't mind Jarret Jack returning to the Blazers....

As long as he brings his buddy Chris Bosh with him.

No interest in any of those three players.....

Jack is better than Bayless, too, but that's not saying much. Both are Action Jacksons.

Jarrett Jack is cuter than Steve Blake, but I think Blake is a better player. I like Jack as a person but he is a bench player at best.

I think you're not going far enough... Jack is BEAUTIFUL.

I'd much rather have Bayless on the roster than him, though. :)

LOL at Blake being better than Jack.

I'm sure none of you watched any Raptors games so your using his time in Portland to base your opinion. Well "basketball fans" he actually had a very good year in Toronto. He was taking good shots, running the offense and was crossing guys right out of their shoes. He can actually THROW an ally-oop pass, not like Jose and is fucking quick. I would love to keep this guy on Toronto as a back-up, but we'll just have to see what happens.

So... he's a guy you'd love to keep as a backup on a lottery-level team, and Blake was a starting PG for a team that won 54 games... but you seem really convinced Jack is better.

Interesting.

I am really regretting my post. I meant to say Jack was a pretty good player. It's bad enough I can no longer spell...

Darren Collison was also a backup PG for a lottery-level team, and I'm really convinced that he's better than both Blake and Jack.

Way to ignore the 14 other guys on a team.
