Thats really plain and simple. Not because there is no text but its just a pic of him on an orange background. Plus you can barley see his face. Make the pic way smaller and do different lighting effects.

I think he's just alittle to big. Making the picture so big, you get away with not having to do much background work, doesnt show much effort
