Charlotte Lacrosse LLC has hired Damon Roschke (@damonroschke) as Ticket Sales Manager. He officially joins the Charlotte-based team of Jim McPhilliamy (@McPhilliamy) and Wade Leaphart (@Leaphart3) on June 1.
Roschke spent the last year and a half with the U.S. National Whitewater Center, focused on group sales. The San Jose State University grad has an impressive track record in professional sports that includes stints with the Charlotte Bobcats, Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
"Damon was one of the top revenue producers at the Bobcats and I'm excited to have the opportunity to work with him again" said Wade Leaphart, Director of Sales & Marketing. "He has a genuine approach and thinks big picture. We're a small group so getting somebody who gets results and contributes to culture is crucial."
As Ticket Sales Manager, Roschke will primarily focus on the team's season ticket sales and service effort, group ticket sales and fundraiser programs, as well as day-to-day management of the team's CRM system.
