I am not one to comment on rap/rhymes, and the like. . as Oasis and Coldplay are my favorite band.

But in all honesty, it's a good beat. . lyrics might be a bit controversial, but you guys are speaking your mind. Pretty friggin' good, it's good to see someone's rapping about real things. . not money, girls, drugs. And a person that's not so caught up in fame and what-not (Kanye). A bit like Lupe Fiasco (in terms of the 'message').

Of course, someone who listens to rap regularly will have a better comment that mine, but my initial reaction is a good one (lyrics are. . strong [good or bad is up to another listener])

EDIT* Alright got it workin' now. Pretty good beat, I like the extra additions added like piano work. The best part is the lyrics because you have an opinion. Some cursing didn't make sense to me for parts but the expression of what you all believe is a good point of view. Controversy is always something that will get you attention because in this world most people can't take other points of view. As for GW I myself hate him, but for reasons much deeper than what most people even know about. You wanna know about it, PM me because that's not somethin' I'll just post about randomly.

You have your own solo work out at all? If not, get them up when you can and I'll have a listen anytime.

Definitely man, that's the best way to write or rap it out in your head. Speak what's on the mind, never go figuring out what's what on how you want to present yourself just be honest and true to your work and everything works out in the end. That's the best key and following it will make you will go damn far. I'll post some of my work up sometime, though it's not written for rap you'd probably enjoy it anyway.

My audio has some problems now, but I'll be sure to check it out later. Also, I read one of your blogs and I agree 100% with everything you said there. I am not an African American, but I am a huge fan of hip hop. I am only 15 years old, but you can thank my cousin for getting me into guys like GZA, Rakim, WuTangClan, and Nas. I used to be like everyone else. Considering the time I live in, and what's on TV, mainstream used to be everything I listened to. I loved all the bling, honeys, and ***es. But then my cousin started giving me some CDs to listen to because he said that all the music I'm listening to is just trash. I started with Illmatic, and then Liquid Swords, and I grew hooked. Hip hop music was a lot better back then, and like you said, they actually rapped about stuff in their lives that many people can relate to, and there was so much variety instead of the same old same old you see everyday on TV.
