Chelsea formation and tactics

I am struggling to win games with Chelsea. Anyone got any tactical or formational suggestions.

its 4-3-1-2 and Shevchenko and robben can be switched; usually depends on how the match is going.

seriously you should just play players to their strengths and 4-4-2 worked fine for me

buy some good players. Chelsea got like £69,000,000 so spend it on what you need. Maybe a new RB like Vanden Borre. He'll play RB or anywhere on the right side of Midfield. Also some good strikers like Villa and Torres. I got them for Arsenal and i play a 3-1-2-1-3 with Henry, Torres and Villa up front and they're such a good trio.

I reckon my game is abit dodgy or most probaly i am very unlucky. Bought David Villa and he scored 14 goals in all comps only having a week of injury and playing the rest of the season. Still getting poor results. Might restart.
