Meh.
When I worked with migrant seasonal farmworkers in The Dalles/Hood River all the kids worked their asses off in the orchards. They had sores from the pesticides/herbicides from finger tips to arm pits. They kept toys scattered around in piles and when the State came around the kids would stop working and play with the toys while puss ran down their arms. That was good enough for the inspectors. This has been going on for decades. I'm surprised anyone was stupid enough to get caught. I suspect the orchardist wasn't making his "tribute" payment to the inspector.
