Well if he plays for his Chinese Team, the Bucks will still own his rights. He's got to sit out a year to re-enter the draft

Simple solution:LA Clippers trade Al Thorton and next year's first for the rights to Yi under the condition that a contract is worked out and that the chinese permit him to come to the U.S.Yi wanted to go to a city like L.A., the chinese can't complain about marketability, the Clippers upgrade their draft pick, and the Bucks get decent compensation.
