I don't agree with Ken's circular assessment and conclusion, but this is big time money. Blows my mind to think what takes me 14 months of labor to earn is a quick little payment for Chip.

Goe is an idiot. Chip is paying back money that was left on his contract and that he hadn't yet been paid.

Of course there isn't going to be interest on it. That money was already budgeted and spent by UO.
