I heard Cho yesterday on the radio give out a stat for Matthews. Wesley shoots 52% on his 3pt attempts from the left corner, and the idea is to give Nate info like this to assist in designing plays.

Meanwhile, the thought that entered my mind at the time was "the Blazers just gave the full MLE to a guy who is going to stand in the corner on offense". That said, I'm also a "stat guy", so I love that about Cho. I just hope he got the Robert Swift and Mouhamed Sene glitches in his software patched.

That is the one thing that sticks out too me is Cho saying he is a stat guy. That's scary stuff folks. Can you judge players like Batum on stats? I hate stat guys because they are NERDS who never had a spec of athletic ability now trying to make basketball a scientific equation. STAT GUY?? REALLY?
