Chris Brown Is Charged Again

Chris Brown was arrested early Sunday in Washington after a fight broke out near the W Hotel, The Associated Press reported.

Mr. Brown, the 24-year-old Grammy Award-winning R&B singer, and another man were charged with felony assault after an incident that started just before 4:30 a.m., a police spokesman, Paul Metcalf, said. A man was injured in the fight and treated at a hospital, the police said. They did not identify the man or give details about his injuries. Mr. Brown’s publicists and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, could not be reached by The A.P. early Sunday.
