According to recent reports that were just released, it appears that Chris Brown suffers from bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress, also known as PTSD. These reports regarding the state of the singer’s mental well-being were drawn from Friday’s court hearing, and E! News allegedly obtained the legal documents.
The Feb. 28 hearing was held in order to assess his progress after the singer was sentenced to 90 days in rehab back in November.
