Chris Evert, who won 18 grand slam tennis major titles as a player, signed a four-year contract to continue as part of ESPN's broadcast team for the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and the U.S. Open.
Evert, who joined ESPN last year, recently worked the women's final of the Australian Open on ESPN2. She'll be part of ESPN's coverage of the four majors, plus selected other events.
"The Grand Slams were such an important part of my life, and I am excited to be going back to them," Evert said in a statement. "I look forward to expressing the emotions, as well as the strategies, that the current players are feeling at these special events."
