His fiancee that was driving the pickup truck will never get over it. What a sad waste. RIP.
 
I'm still trying to understand what happened. So she was driving the pickup, they were having an argument, and he fell out?

somehow he ended up in the back.. one version I heard was that he ran up behind the truck as she was leaving and jumped in the back.. at least thats how I understood it.
 
Yeah, they had a fight and she got in a pickup and drove off and he chased it and hopped in the back I think and then fell out and got fatally injured from the fall.

At least that is what i'm getting.
 
also thoughts and prayers out to the family and friends he leaves behind. forgot to mention that.

It's sad because they have 3 children together and Henry was just starting to turn his life around.

I hope they charge this bitch to the full extent of the law.
 
In the heat of the moment people sometimes do horrible things that they regret...this is definitely an awful situation...so sad.
 
Without know what happened I don't know what she could be charged with. Maybe she was leaving because he was threatening her and she was trying to escape.
 
I was listening to ESPN radio and they state they had some sort of argument as she was leaving him and as she left he jumped in the back of the truck. It is not known how he fell out (fell out the bed, fell off trying to get into the cab...).

As to the man himself- R.I.P.

As to her- just keep on truckin'.
 
Well police said that there was no visible damage to her, so I doubt he hit her...I still want to know what happened, but you don't start swerving a truck when someone is in the tail gate, even if he's pounding on the glass.

She'll have to live with it for the rest of her life, so w/e.

That is what was reported on TMZ (God forgive me for going to that site). I know it isn't the most reliable site, but they've been pretty good with this story so far. They said there was no visible damage to her face, that she was at the hospital last night and was arrested, and they released the 9-1-1 call this morning and the headline said that she said he was banging on the back window.
 
the saddest part is, those 3 kids have no daddy, and might have a mommy in jail. :(
