Kelly, 34, was found dead on May 1 at his Atlanta home. His mother, Donna Kelly Pratte, told authorities that the rapper had a history of drug abuse and had experienced episodes in the past, according to the police report filed at the time.

According to the gossip site, the investigator did not indicate which drugs were found, but Pratte previously told authorities that her son had been doing heroin and cocaine the night before he died.
