OT College & Pro sports are really screwing over some kids

This virus really has sports all screwed up. And while we're hearing about all the leagues trying to find ways to possibly continue or start seasons we're not seeing them do anything for younger players whose dreams and desires could be crushed by all this.

Every year we see players excel during their senior seasons both in high school and the pros.

Those seasons are in doubt.

The NCAA should allow football teams 10-15 more scholarships for the next 2 years.
Basketball teams 3-4 more scholarships.


The NBA should increase rosters by 3 for the next 2 years and expand the draft to 4 rounds.

NCAA should pay them to compete in college athletics, share in the spoils of the athletic media contracts just like the pro's. is kind of why i see the g-league pathway to the pro's with guaranteed scholarships for the young players as a move in the right direction. if nothing else at least the secret monies exchanging hands between the boosters and the atheletes gets taxed, LOL. need to do the same with the AAU teams too, imho. the sanctity of amatuer sports. it doesn't truly exist for the truly gifted athletes anyway.
