COMCAST and SATELITE etc.???

There is a poster on another site that is posting this ---

I see there is a full page advertisement in the Oregonian sports section today.
It says to get comcast sportsnet contact directv, dish network or charter by calling 877-8-csnnw-9.

However I called the number and it is a Verison answer stating that that number is no longer in use.

Anyone have any info on this?

they've always said if you want csnw, and you have dish/direct, to call your provider. This is nothing new.

It's just Comcast trying to put pressure on the other providers.
