Yeah it's an unrealistic approach. A better approach would be boycotting certain banks for an extended period of time. For example anyone with an account at Chase bank close your account and take your money out. Place the money in a local credit union or local bank instead. How long could Chase bank survive with zero customers? Use it as a message to the rest of the big banks.

That's actually a fantastic strategy. Oftentimes, you can get better service and more benefits at a small bank. They're trying to get business and are willing to pay for market share.
