Confused About A Decision I Made

Here's the situation: I've been friends with this girl for about a year now. I chilled with her a few times and nothing has ever happened. In fact, the last couple times I was with her, we were supposed to study and all she did was talk about other guys she liked. She told me she let them hit but they didn’t want to be in a relationship with her.

So, last Friday I went to a party with her. After the party she was drunk and started telling me how much she liked me and that we should be together. Then, in her car, she puts her hand down my pants and I start feeling her titties… but nothing happened.

But yesterday she started throwing some pretty obvious signals at me (licking her finger, telling me to look at her butt) and I just ignored them. Then she just gave up and straight up told me “I wanna f*ck you!” I told her since I don’t want to be in a relationship with her, I would be just like the other guys she was having problems with. She was kinda upset that I didn’t hit.

Now I’m here debating whether I did the right thing? Should I just have listened to my manly instincts and hit or preserve a friendship? I'm sorta confused, I never did anything like that before.

If you guys really want to pursue a relationship try the dating route before you go there, you gotta know its not just for the sex, you need something substantial, you know the feelings and the work thats in a relationship, and all that needs to be proved to you before going in there.

But you do gotta talk to her to clear that up.
