So in the morning, a black guy for some reason threw a millk bottle at the mexican guy. The mexican guy got up and whooped the black guy's ass. About 10 black guys came together, started stacking and crap, and jumped the mexican. Now all the mexicans got together and tried to fight the black kids. This was in breakfast on a Friday morning. Now after school, there was supposed to be a huge fight between Mexicans and black kids. So there was like a bunch of security because they knew it was going to be a fight. I was like right in the middle of all of it. I was walking in the middle and there were people running in front of me and behind me. If I hadn't ran, I would've gotten trucked like some people did. It was crazy. It was like 300 something people bunched up together. Mexican people (girls and boys) were just hitting random black people (girls and boys) and vice versa. Random people were getting hit by random people. If a black guy seen a mexican kid he'd just hit him even if they didn't know each other and the same with mexican people. It was crazy as hell for about 10-12 minutes. About half of the people in school missed their buses. The most amazing thing about this was that teachers were pepper spraying students so they can brake all this up. There were about probably 30+ different fights all together before and after school. The day was crazy. Here are some clips from the fight, but you can't see it. It's just people. But if you want to see what the day was like, please check these videos out.

Also, for those of you who live in Houston, you probably know about Westfield High School. It is one of the baddest high schools in Houston. I was kind of forced to go here, and I am going to a different school next year.

What a school.

Lol, and it was all started with some guy throwing a milk bottle at another guy.

I've heard of random race related mobs attacking each other in high schools but nothing nearly that crazy.

Unfortunately, they were really common where I grew up. I guess it's just a southern thing. You live in the most tolerant and diverse area in the world; it's still a different world in the deep south.

Just try not to conform to the herd behavior, Umair.

thats crazy, hope no one was seriously hurt, at least no one pulled a gun or knife i guess

When I read the thread name, I thought it was a day where everyone wore their shirts inside out, or had wacky hair.

Similar to Ron Artest and the Palace Brawl. It started with a fan throwing a plastic cup of beer.

These fights happen all the time in LA.

What's amazing is how people can video record these fights now and upload for anyone to watch? Schools can't keep this hush, hush anymore.

Last year at my cousins school, a bunch of Asians came in with machete's and extendos and rushed the basketball team, mainly made up of Serbians. Crazy how tense things get when race is the main problem.

wow....and i thought a fight between two freshmen at school was bad on friday. and that one was over ice cream. they both had blood pouring out of their noses.

...but again, my school's in the boonies and nothing ever happens here.

That's the problem with the South. You crazy people solve your problems with violence instead of sharing racist jokes with your friends.

Something exactly like that happened at my school earlier this year, but obviously not to that extent. It was broken up in less than 5 minutes

I went to that same school 5-6 years ago, when it was a middle school (not a 9th grade center) and a lot less diverse. Unfortunately, the same exact thing was going on, black people vs Mexican people. It got started over one black kid and one Mexican kid (two 8th graders) who were supposidly tough guys, but they were scared of each other and never fought like they said they would. Instead, everyday for a week or two, kids from each crew would jump each other. I'm not sure if it was as big as the one going now, but it was just as brutal.

I think it's unfair to call the south crazy, these are just some kids who have nothing better to do, that's all.

Yeah... thats crazy. almost the same thing happened at my school a year ago, except it was gang-related. Bloods vs. Crips. After school. I didnt really want to be there, but i saw how many people were there just when i was walkin home.

I was about 14 and we have this "rival" school, full of all these loud mouth, extremely agressive, muscle men type guys and once a huge bunch of them came down to the park which is next to our school and picked a fight with this guy from my school, a huge amount of people from my school came running to the park so there was about 50 or 60 people from my school and about 20 from the other school and it just went insane, and nobody knew what was going on and why they were fighting. But me and my friends just watched and laughed because people were falling down and people would trip over them, people from the same school were hitting each other, three or four people started crawling out of the fight, there were bloodnoses, everyones tshirt got ripped, and because it was on a football oval everyone got really dirty and muddy. and my friends and i were laughing so hard till this guy from the other school came running after us, so we bolted and just went back to school. apparently the cops were called and they broke it up, i dont know how because most kids probably got away, but it was just about the funniest day ever.

Man, two teenagers from around my community have been killed over "beef" already, both being from stabbings. This **** is just not worth it, **** reputation.

Yeah we get more of that around here. There aren't enough blacks around here to form up and stand a chance against the Mexicans here but theres tons of tongans/samoans (who usually claim to be crips) and they beef with the Mexicans.

Agree, guys around here do stupid sh*t then get jumped and beat by guys with baseball bats and batons (didn't know wtf a baton was before my friend hit a kid with one and broke his arm), stabbed, etc. Its just not worth it to get into a beef with a large gang because theres usually some crazy idiot in there who you didn't even have beef with in the first place and he doesn't give a ***** about hitting you with a bat (or worse) and going to jail.

yeah man i live in chicago this stuff happens alot. at a movie theater a few weeks ago some dude got his throat slit...it was crazy man....some people can get out of control

Its always the people who have graduated or are graduating that think this way. I know everytime someone gets seriously hurt from this stupid beef, the older siblings always remark about how pointless and sad it is, while the younger high schoolers glorify the victim and talk about getting back at the people who did it. Its a constant cycle that will probably never go away.

It personally reminds me of that old game kids play with pennies and a wall (where you try to throw pennies closest to the wall without actually touching it). These kids try to gain a reputation by starting fights and being reckless, without going all the way and causing deaths/serious injuries. The only problem is its a game that has criminal charges and serious long-term consequences on the line.

Yeah, I've realized that as well; it's just a maturation process IMO. I remember in grade 9, an overhwhelming majority of my friends liked to get into fights because it was what got you "rep" and respect in front of others. However, most of the "beef" people didn't even really fight, they just talked a lot. There were some though, that didn't back down from fights and suffered the avoidable consquences.

Now (in grade 12), it's the overhwelming majority that finds beef to be stupid and pointless; however, if certain indaviduals were constantly getting into fights in gr.9, they are still caught up in fights once in a while now, although not to the same degree. I dislike people who feel like they need to start fights or "get back" at people. One of my friends decided to try and "get back" at people who jumped him, and it resulted in him being constantly afraid of retaliation after he actually got his 'revenge'.

There are still graduating and graduated students that do it though. The two teens that killed the aforementioned teens from Brampton are both late-teenagers themselves. One was 19 and the other was 18 I believe. Some people said that one was even a med student; that's how messed up it is.

I think the problem really begins (atleast around here) when alchohol is involved. One of these incidents was heavily influenced by alchohol, and I'm sure the other was too, while I can't completely verify it.

Yeah same happen to my school like a year ago it was crazy everybody just punching random people.I think this Black and Mexican fights are just stupid what do they win by trying to beat each other up?Nothing just makes the school and community look like crap...
