New York Giants defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins is annoyed, and he doesn't mind who knows it.
Jenkins said Wednesday that he was fined $16,537 by the NFL for a roughing the passer penalty during Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams, and he wasn't even involved in the brawl that saw two Giants and one Rams player ejected.
As he sat at his locker Wednesday holding the letter he had received from the league notifying him of the fine, Jenkins said he couldn't believe it.
