Arrieta (NL) & Keuchel (AL)

Just what I expected. Had Greinke's Bum's of scored at least 2 runs in 9 straight NO-Decisions, and/until Zack had to throw a 2 hitter thru 8 full Innings, until those Bums found their strokes......

Had Greinke of even got 50% of those No-Decisions, he'd of taken home the hardware. The kid is a beast, loves to live around the knees, a helluva lot like Bob Welch did.

...Arrieta had the best 2nd half of any pitcher in the history of MLB.

He was flat out phenomenal,

a long exhausting year, and Jake fell flat when He was needed most.

***Arrieta was most deserving and earned, no doubt. I don't want to confuse my support of Greinke's great year, (less those 9 no-decisions), because Jake one upped all NL Pitchers, and no doubt deserves this Cy Young....

I don't fault Jake for being worn out, by the time the LCS rolled around. I do believe the Cubs will learn from this LCS, and like the Royals from last years W.Series loss, they too will come back looking like Post Season Veteran's.

Then my buddy keeps nagging me, saying: "Man you gotta remember these are the Cubs". Yet, I believe, I believe the Cubs will break their curse. Epstein has done a helluva job.....Hats off......to every Cub player and those employed by the Cubs......:cowboy::tiphat::tiphat:
