Peyton Siva and Curry combined for five made threes in seven possessions to give the BayHawks their biggest lead of the game at ten. The Charge would cut it to three again with 1:30 remaining in the game. Canton and Erie traded points for the next minute and a half as Canton had possession with a chance to tie the game with the shot clock off. The BayHawks decided to intentionally foul Onuaku, who missed both free throw attempts. Erie went 6-6 from the line in the final seconds to grab a victory against the Charge for the first time this season.

Curry finished with a game high 33 points on 8 of 15 from three-point land. Siva followed with 21 of his own, his fifth 20+ game of the season. Canton's Onuaku led the Charge with 21 points and 14 rebounds, his 26th double-double in the last 33 games. James Singleton came off the bench to tally 19.

The BayHawks play their third of five straight home games Sunday at 2:00 PM against the division-leading Maine Red Claws for "Salute Our Troops" day.
