Spatter is overdone on the shoulder. Lower the opacity and maybe set it on lighten if it isn't already or do some erasing. Other than that its solid.

Nice job on this, but the white bar in the middle is too visible IMO. Text is nice.

The colors you used look nice but the effects you made dont look so good to be honest, this one can be a lot better with just something simply done not overboard with effects make a v2
