Dame’s whining

Has anyone else noticed Dame whines to the refs virtually every trip down the floor? It happens on both ends of the floor. Billups even challenged a foul call on DMe because he whined…..even though he CLEARLY fouled the guy

Yes, but in his defense, he's probably a bit peevish these days.

He's just trying to get some respect. He gets fouled so much without calls. He and other players like Nurkic who do the same, need to focus on the game though. Screw the refs. Come back to the other end, play solid D, get the ball back, and make them pay. Don't allow the refs to control the game. Don't allow the refs ineptitude to control the game. Focus your energy where it becomes an asset not a liability.

I had noticed it started about 3 seasons ago with Dame. He took the complaining to the refs to a whole other level. CP3 like.

Damian is getting grumpy as hell. When the Blazers are winning, Lillard is grinning. During ugly losses every damn bump should be a whistle, even if he initiates the contact.

The Nassir Little technical foul last night was kinda scary. His full power pumped up screaming at an official, (while the Knicks ran down the court for an easy bucket) superseded the need for Dame to pick up a tech.
