You know, in real life, or not the character I play in this forum, I don't like to really brag a lot, but I really do make a good bar-b-q burger. Solid Dec. 26th dinner here in the south
 
If you are going to brag. You have to share the recipe. Or is it somehow just good 'meat'?
 
This afternoon would be a FINE time to grill me up some supurb hammyburger.

if anybody wants really good burger meat, ask the butcher to grind you some sirloin flap meat, untrimmed. that's all I use.

My aged Angus fresh (never frozen) 1/3 lb charcoal grilled bacon cheese burgers would be happy to give yours a run for your money anytime.
