i really dont like how this came out... any suggestions?

Its just way too bright all over, tone that down a bit it hurts my eyes. I'm not so sure the Dan and the Marino fonts go together well but I like the Dan one the best, change the Marino text to go with it.

Yeah I guess the new font looks a little better, but the sig is still way too bright. Try and make it like your Zach Thomas one that one's good on the eyes.

Put the pic to the left and put the outer glow on the text on soft light.
