The Character Guy
July 14, 2008, 6:06 am Rod Thorn has said the Nets went into this off-season seeking size, toughness and shooting. He might have added chemistry. All the new Nets possess one or more of the three big attributes while Eddie Najera was hired to stir the mix. Dave D’Alessandro interviews Najera on the challenges associated with the Nets, why he made the choice he did and who helped him make it.

Cool, i knew there is a reason why i like this guy...

Waiting for the next move Thorn...

Good read. I hope Frank doesn't go overboard with his minutes, but he's someone who can be a leader in the locker room, especially with so many rookies.

Here it is again if you missed it the first time:

Here is some game footage of Najera against the Nets last season. He played very well this game coming off the bench. The audio went out of sync so I took it out.

I think a big Assist goes to coach Frank here. That 90 minute talk seem to be the deal maker... Nice Job Lawerence Frank!
Now go teach them rookies something good.

oh yeah, go nets!!!
