Royals = 11
Nationals = 9
Mets = 9
Angels = 8
Cubs = 8
Dodgers = 8
Pirates = 8
Giants = 8
Padres = 8
Cardinals = 7
Orioles = 6
Tigers = 6
Astros = 6
Rangers = 6


A lot of moving pieces during the off season.

Interesting note: that the WS Champs (Royals) could lose some major pieces like Cueto, Gordon, Escobar, Rios & Zobrist.

I don't expect KC to over spend. That team has a core nucleus that they have shown can be tuned economically the past 2 seasons.

Jays may try to absorb their free for all this season.
