If they win tonight, I believe it would be a totally worthy effort if fans met the team at the airport. OTOH, the plane probably wouldn't arrive in Portland until the wee hours of the morning.

After having a chance to sleep on things, I woke up and realized just what a ballsy hard ass win that was last night. The team genuinely played pissed-off for the first time in ... shit, I have no idea. If they can all tap into their inner bad-ass from here on out and play mad for the rest of the season I'll count this season a rousing success regardless of playoffs, or wins and losses.

I sort of agree and disagree... It seems like they're playing better and better the more depleted the roster gets. It wasn't a switch suddenly flipped on at Dallas.

I think what's going on is the injuries have created a helluva sense of emergency. No room for coasting or taking role's for granted. Guy's are playing their asses off every second on the court.
