George Lopez has a cool feature where he has the DNA of various celebs tested to find out exactly what they are and all of them so far have surprising results:

[video=youtube;q3EBDD1VjBc]
George Lopez
55% European
32% Native American
9% East Asian
4% African

[video=youtube;E_qFVE9BFJM]
Larry David
63% European
37% Native American

[video=youtube;sZNAqwrm9hY]
Jessica Alba
87% European
13% American Indian

It's interesting to see both George Lopez and Larry David to come out with that much Native American DNA. Both could enroll into their tribes as all modern day Native American tribes only require 1/4 Indian blood to enroll.

What do you think your DNA would look like?

I might try that someday.

Instead of the double helix, it would look like this:

I bet I'm close to 90% Euro...Lots of Scandinavian and British blood.

It would be kinda' fun to find out though. Is there a website out there for this?

How great would it be to find out that Hilter was 10% african. :lol:

Already had those tests done. My aunt is obsessed with geniology. I am drunk and don't feel like looking up exact figures but I am about 50% Portuguese, 15% Welsh, 7% Native American and the rest is a bunch of randomness.....

Since all mankind originated as a single race in Africa, does it really matter?

It's quite clear we're all 100% African-Americans.

I'd actually like to do this. Where would I even begin to look?

Btw, George Lopez is the epitome of a 'Mestizo.' That's a term that describes a person of American Indian and European mixture.

Mexico it's mostly American Indian / European (Spanish). HCP, you're a Mestizo.

Then you go to Puerto Rico it's a mix of American Indian / European / African. Same with Brazil.

I thought we were supposed to ignore our differences? Where's the ACLU, defending people's rights to identify themselves however they like? If gender is a preference, shouldn't race be one too?

you have a choice to look at the science, on both issues.
